Fried steaks with marinade

Ingredients
1.5 kg veal
salt, pepper
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp mustard
soy sauce
white wine
onion
4 eggs
flour batter
sunflower oil for frying

Method
The meat is cut into steaks medium and crushed. Onion cut into slices. In a bowl mix the spices with soy sauce and wine. In pan rank order meat coated with marinade and cover with onions and so on until finished products. Wind up with foil and leave to stand for 2 hours in refrigerator. Before PANIC onion is removed, rolled in flour then in egg and fry in very hot oil.
