recipe is long in the favorite, but I wonder if would happen if instead of fry is baked in the pan, I've seen similar recipes for breaded fish or chicken in the oven. In our country we love breaded meat, fish or cheese, but I get a lot of acids from fried, and for health reasons my husband is also not recommended to eat it. I know that for children is not very useful. I wonder if I should get one of these stoves, where they advertise on TV, like transparent Jena pot that rotate and bake and frozen food that fries them became flavored fried ?!

I generally use olive oil because it is healthy, and we have ours :) therefore no longer use the fryer. I was right in the pan, but with just a little olive oil. If you try to pan from Jena glass or put underneath baking paper. Then about the outcome.
