Veiled eggs in lemon butter with chili

Ingredients
4 eggs
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp chili attrited
1/4 tsp paprika
the juice of half a lemon
salt
1 tbsp vinegar
parsley optional

Method
Eggs Tap low in boiling, salted and acidified with vinegar water. Allow to veiled or completely white set, in order of preference, the water no longer have to boil. In a small tiganche Melt the butter and fry with chili. Remove from heat and put him paprika, stir quickly and repay with lemon juice. Salt. Eggs drain, put in a dish and pour the butter, which is poured through a strainer. Optional sprinkle with parsley.

I love eggs, as I saw them and thought they would be prepared myself. Surprisingly delicious work out, I added the pepper.
