Stewed chicken in Portuguese

Ingredients
1 chicken
250 g tomatoes
60 g mushrooms without stalks
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp (20 ml) olive oil
pepper
salt
Method
Cleaned chicken cut into 8 portions, then fry them on both sides in olive oil. Portions are removed in the remaining oil fry the chopped onion until yellow, add boiled, peeled and cut into quarters tomatoes, crushed garlic, the chopped mushrooms, black pepper, salt and 2 tablespoons of hot water. Vazvaryava mixture, add the chicken portions and stew under the lid for 1 hour. Serve with steamed rice.
