Angeshko leg with potatoes

Ingredients
1 leg of lamb (about 1 kg)
2 cloves garlic
rind and juice of 1 lemon
3 tbsp thyme leaves
500 ml dry white wine
6 tbsp sunflower oil
salt
pepper
400 g small potatoes
1 stalk green onion

Method
Garlic is cleaned, cut and mixed with lemon rind, juice, thyme, wine and olive oil. The pulp was washed and dried, and then placed in a marinade for 24 hours from time to time flush with it. Meat flavor, and together with the marinade is placed in a baking dish and baked at the lower grid of the oven for 30 minutes at 250 C. The potatoes are cleaned. Onions cut into strips. Vegetables are added to the meat and bake another 60 minutes at 180 C, occasionally pour the sauce. The oven is switched off and the meat is left inside for about 15 minutes.
