Ingredients
500 g minced meat
1 egg
parsley
milk
bread old
breadcrumbs
pepper, salt
olive oil

Method
Soak a slice of stale bread in a little milk. Parsley cut into small pieces, add to the mince and put 1 beaten egg. Dough is nice and add soaked stale bread, as is squeezed milk and broken into crumbs. Seasoned with salt and pepper and knead. Heat the oven to 200 C. With greased hands form small balls of minced meat. Ovargalvat is good in bread crumbs and put in a tray covered with baking paper. Bake until golden. There are about 50 tiny meatballs that dose.
