Cream soup of vegetables

3 potatoes
carrots 2
1 onion
2/3 cup peas (fresh or canned)
2/3 cup chopped broccoli
2 cubes vegetable broth
40 g butter
fresh parsley
Cream soup of vegetables

Vegetables, cut into small pieces, boil in 1.5 liters of water with cubes of vegetable broth. Then withdraw from the fire, Strain and put the pan back on the fire until the cream soup boil. The butter is melted and added to the soup with chopped parsley. Stir gently and serve. Optional garnish with croutons.

This is your favorite soup of my daughter, but I told her I add milk or a couple tablespoons of sour cream. Be sure to serve with croutons baked ln the oven.
