Ingredients
150 g ham
150 g cheese
butter
flour
100 g breadcrumbs
2 eggs
# For garnish:
70 g mayonnaise
carrots
turnip
leaves of lettuce
boiled eggs
Method
Ham and cheese are cut into square slices. Spread one slice of ham with a little butter. Was placed on top, one slice of cheese, then placed again ham, again coated with butter, cheese, it is put again butter and ending with ham. Cut along the diagonals, to obtain 4 triangles. First immersed in water, then in flour, beaten egg and finally in breadcrumbs. Leave for a while so immersed in the refrigerator to firm before PANIC. Radish and carrots are grated separately. Confused with a little mayonnaise. In the plate at both ends on a leaf of lettuce are placed on both mixtures. Arranged in two triangle portion. Decorate with boiled eggs. Serve hot with white wine.
