Method
Well cooled cream stir with a mixer with sugar at maximum speed, about 15 minutes, until thickened. The coffee is mixed with milk and is inserted from the essence. In a rectangular baking dish with approximately 18h30 cm ranks line of biscuits dipped in coffee. Cover tightly with cream. This turns, ending with cream. Between the lines is put on the orange peels. Top sprinkled with cocoa tightly. Home for a few hours in the refrigerator.
