Juicy chicken fillet oven

6 chicken fillet
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vodka
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp garlic powder
white pepper
1 egg
1 / 2 cup flour
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil

Prepare a marinade of soy sauce, vodka, lemon juice, honey, garlic and white pepper. Fillets are placed in the marinade and put in refrigerator for about 2 hours. Then the meat is drained from marinade and add some flour, dip in beaten egg and finally in breadcrumbs add some. Thus prepared fillets are arranged in a buttered pan. Bake in preheated 200 C oven for about 15 minutes. Served with appropriate garnish and salad. fillets instead to bake, can be fried and then become crispy, but greasy.

Without thinking going into the *Favorites*! Breaded and baked instead of fried! Bravo stealth proposal!

great substitute for fried chicken nuggets.

I did them with other cooked chicken legs. Apparently will focus on fried products in the oven! Becomes much easier, economical and last but not least - healthy.

I am glad that you liked! I also long since I stopped breading and instead of frying, baking. And breading with cornflakes also becomes an oven, I tried!

Very good recipe! I used a whole chicken fillets (butterfly), vodka swapped with a little white wine and baking time slightly increased, but the result was prvazhoden! Congratulations for the recipe!
