Sponge cake with coffee and chocolate

1 and 3/4 cup flour
2 cup sugar
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 vanilla
3 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup brewed strong coffee
1/2 cup fat (of your choice)
# For glaze:
1/3 cup (70 g) butter
100 g of dark chocolate
2 tsp of brewed coffee
Sponge cake with coffee and chocolate

In a large bowl mix the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Stir good and makes a hole in the middle. Inside pour brewed coffee, milk, eggs and vanilla. Mix with mixer at medium speed for 2 minutes and pour into the prepared baking court. Bake 30-40 minutes at 180 C. When the cake is ready allowed to cool and make the glaze. Mix the butter, chocolate (broken blocks) and coffee and put in a water bath until completely melted.
