2 tbsp light beer
pinch Ronen savory
1-2 pinches of salt
1 egg (optional)
sunflower oil for frying

Method
Cheese cut into chunks with a thickness of not more than 1.5 cm. Breading is prepared by mixing all the products. The density of the breading is determined by immersing a finger to hold on it. If it is rare, is added a little more flour, if thick - a little water. Each piece of cheese dip in breading and fried in hot sunflower oil.
