Ingredients
200 g cheese
egg 1
5-6 tbsp cornmeal
40 g sesame

Method
Cheese cut into squares or your choice. Pieces of cheese a little wet with water, rolled to the cornmeal and leave in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to firm, then rolled in egg and then in sesame and still kept in the refrigerator for at least 5 minutes to set. Fry on low heat so as not to burn sesame.
