Chicken with apples and lemon (orange) sauce

Ingredients
170 g chicken
apple 1
oil
salt
spices to taste - pepper, cumin, rosemary, oregano, thyme, basil, tarragon, ginger, curry, marjoram
150 ml skimmed milk
lemon zest (orange)
lemon juice (orange)
1 yolk
mint

Method
Chicken fillet is cut into 2 pieces. Seasoned with salt and spices to taste. I used a mixture of dried oregano, thyme and basil. Spread with a little olive oil and leave to stand in the cold for at least 30 minutes. Apple Peel, optional can be cut pod, cut into discs with a thickness of 6-8 mm, which are coated with olive oil. Chicken, together with washers apple placed in a greased baking dish with olive oil. Bake in a preheated 180C oven until tender and golden apple acquire. In a small saucepan (pot), heat the milk and add a slightly broken yolk, lemon peel, salt and lemon (orange) juice to taste. Casserole put on low heat and boil until the sauce thickens, stirring continuously. Chicken and apple placed in service plate. Pour over the sauce and decorated with fresh mint and lemon slices (orange). Serve while hot. * A light meal on a proposal from dietician Angie Kasabie. * Preset products are for one portion.
