Chicken breast with mayonnaise

Ingredients
500 g chicken fillet
250 g mayonnaise
150-200 g breadcrumbs, mashed potatoes, corn flakes or powder
#Optional:
mustard
spices of your choice
onion
Method
Chicken fillet is cut into small steaks or julienne. Each piece was immersed in the mayonnaise, and then in breadcrumbs. Fillet and arrange in a baking dish without putting fat and not put salt on the steak as mayonnaise is savory. Bake in a moderate oven. Optional to mayonnaise can add spices, onions or sauces.
