1 kg chicken livers
50 ml sunflower oil (50 g butter)
cooking savory taste
1 cube chicken broth
1 tbsp vodka (brandy)
1-2 tbsp soy sauce (of your choice)

Clean, washed chicken liver lightly salted and place in pan. Chop into crescents and pour into pan heated on the stove, which tipped the oil (the butter). Add some water and a little stew, as a natural mix. Once the water and boil dry onion is fried, add savory and pepper. Mix well, pour over onions and allocate livers in the tray. In a cup of 150-200 ml water dissolve chicken broth, soy sauce and vodka. Pour into pan and bake in preheated oven at 200C until ready (to boil off the liquid).
