Ingredients
1 white meat smoked chicken or cooked white meat
4 boiled eggs
200 g mayonnaise
100 g cheese
500 g small baby potatoes
parsley
lemon juice
salt
Method
Cut meat and eggs chopped, leaving 1 egg yolk. Add mayonnaise, seasoned with lemon juice to taste. Stir and formed into a suitable dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese and egg yolks. Around rank cooked, savory and rolled in chopped parsley potatoes.
