Rolls of minced meat

750 g of ground beef
4 eggs
2-3 (150 g) carrots
1 slice (75 g) biscuit
1/4 cup (50 ml) vegetable oil
150 g mushrooms mushrooms
1 kg potatoes
1-2 heads (100 g) onion
black pepper

Chopped meat mixed with coarsely grated onion, 1 egg, red and black pepper, chopped parsley and salt and spread on a wet board. Pour over the meat previously prepared stuffing of carrots and mushrooms, chopped and boiled in salted water, biscuits soaked in water, three eggs, cooked until firm and cut into small cubes, and a little salt. Of meat and stuffing roll is formed, which is placed in a greased baking dish with butter, pour in the oil and bake in preheated oven strongly. Side of the roll is put the potatoes, cut into length and savory taste.

Super is. I made small changes: a little cheese on top. And if you do not peel potatoes, you can make the finished potato puree with a little cheese in it.
