Chicken stuffed with mushrooms

Ingredients
1 chicken
70 g butter
1 yolk
1 slice white bread
fresh milk
200 g mushrooms
salt
Method
Cleaned and cut into pieces smothered in mushrooms 20 g butter until soft . 20 g butter crash with salt, egg yolks, previously soaked in milk and diced bread and finally added stewed mushrooms. Cleaned chicken salt it inside and out, filled with stuffing, sewn with white thread, fry in remaining butter, pour water and cook until soft. When removing pour the sauce and make hot water or broth.
