400-500 g minced meat
100 g breadcrumbs
1 tsp salt, black pepper, red pepper and savory
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil or olive oil
Boil 4 eggs to solid state. To add the minced meat black, red pepper, salt and savory. Knead it and divide it into 4 equal parts. Turn each of the cooked eggs in a piece of minced meat. Beat the raw egg and dip each well first in egg, then in breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil until browned minced meat. Ready eggs cut them in half and serve warm.
