Cold mousse with apples and cinnamon

Ingredients
600 g of apples
80 g sugar
30 ml cream
cinnamon
Method
Pour the cream into a suitable container and put it in the cold with agitators mixer. Wash apples, cut them into quarters, clean them and put them on the stove with sugar, cinnamon and 1/2 cup water to boil 15 minutes. If you are a cinnamon stick, remove it from the court, apples and water in bowl of mixer. Mix until it becomes a paste and store in the refrigerator for two hours. Just before serving, stir the cream and fill the bowls in half with applesauce, half cream.
