Deer with mushrooms

Ingredients
1 kg meat from the back of the deer
sunflower oil
60 g salo
1 cup (200 ml) white wine
400 g mushrooms
10 g butter
bay leaf
thyme
black pepper
salt
Method
Remove the skin from the meat, and one day before cooking the chops are cut. Boning, as far as possible, lightly crushed, pour a mixture of 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil, wine and spices and leave in a cool place. The next day, drain, add salt and fry on both sides in sunflower oil. Cut into pieces salo and mushrooms fried in butter and pour over chops. In the rest of sunflower oil was added 4 tablespoons water vazvaryava and chops are covered with the resulting sauce.
