Ingredients
chicken skins (about 700-800 g)
500 g minced meat
2 cup rice

1 carrot

Method
Onion, carrot and pepper finely and fry in a little olive oil. Peel the tomatoes, cut into in small pieces and added. Was added and the minced meat, and then the rice.
