4 eggs
50 g black meslini
vinegar
300-400 g potatoes
parsley
salt
sunflower oil
Method
Boil peeled potatoes and cut into thin strips. Season with salt, sunflower oil and vinegar. Arrange on a plate. Eggs are cut in half lengthwise, and the yolks were separated. On potatoes rank boats of hard-boiled eggs are filled with pate, made from boiled and crushed egg yolks beaten with butter and mixed with minced meat peeled olives. The edges of the boats bonded with finely chopped parsley.
