Eggs Matryoshki

Ingredients
3 eggs
100 g mayonnaise
6 peppercorns
1 tomato
3-4 leaves red cabbage
parsley for decoration
1/2 red pepper - roasted

Method
Eggs are cooked, peel and cut a sharp edge. Remove yolks and grated or crushed, then mixed with mayonnaise and chopped pepper. Optional can be added and a little feta cheese and black pepper. Again filled eggs, so that the mixture have on the outside (such as fringe). Pour a 2 peppercorns eye stripe tomato mouth and pulled the red cabbage leaves (such as a headscarf). Serve on a plate on torn parsley and rose from meat or tomato.

Hehe that are smeshnichki! Look at the picture before you read the recipe and my headscarf looked like red peppers.

E-e-e-e, I have these rules for a culinary competition in the company! I used to headscarves leaves sauerkraut. Bravo!
