1 tbsp olive oil
2 green peppers
3 sprigs parsley
100 g cow feta cheese
1 tsp salt
6 pitted olives
1 onion
1 cucumber
3 tomatoes

Method
Tomato Wash and peel. The skin is retained for decorating salad (from husk tomato screw rosette). Cucumber cut into cubes, tomatoes too. Put them in a bowl. Peppers cut into strips and add to other vegetables. Onions and parsley finely crushed and also added. Add olives and chopped. Mix well, then flavored with salt and olive oil. Before serving, grated feta cheese and decorate your choice and taste.
