Green brined pickles

Ingredients
cauliflower, carrots, green tomatoes
gherkins, peppers, celery slices
horseradish root
salt
celery leaves

Method
Vegetables put purposes (cauliflower chunks) in a 3 liter jar, 3 tbsp sea salt were dissolved in cold water and pour the jar is made up with water. Starting to top gets angry is pretakva 3 times a week until ready. Before serving vegetables are washed thoroughly with water cut and sprinkled with olive oil. * Vegetables and their ratio is of your choice, I put mainly green tomatoes.
