Ingredients
1 cup cut into strips roasted peppers
4 eggs
2 cup milk
1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
20 g butter
pepper
salt
Method
Eggs are broken with a fork for omelet, add milk, peppers, parsley, pepper and salt. In six bowls of Jena glass, coated well with butter, distributed mixture. Place in a pan with water to their environment and bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes at 200 C. The dish or turns on a plate or consumed by gyuvechetata. Those products are 6 servings.
