Halloumi with lemon juice and oregano

Method
The feta cheese cut into slices with a thickness of 0.5 cm. In a frying pan heat 1 tbsp olive or BBQ smeared with olive oil and arrange slices of feta cheese. Baked to golden on each side (by turning). Warm slices arranged in bowls, sprinkled with lemon juice to taste and sprinkle with plenty of oregano. * The taste is warm. * About 300 g is enough for two - for a light dinner or side dish .

In Bulgaria, if you can find this cheese? If I find I would gladly prepared recipe.

Is it in large supermarkets, it is very tasty, especially highly recommend it :)
