Viti skewers

1 kg minced meat
# Spices optional, in the case of:
2 tbsp paprika
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp white pepper
3 cloves garlic, passaged
1 onion, grated
4 tbsp parsley, chopped
2 tbsp chives, finely
2 tbsp oregano, dried
1 tsp savory
2 eggs
150 ml milk
bread dough of your choice, I do on this recipe: Пресукани rolls of thread

Heat the oven to 200 C. Minced meat is kneaded with spices, eggs, milk and bread crumbs so that it becomes hard. Allow to stand for several hours. Knead the dough and let rise. The dough is prepared wicks. On skewers threaded minced meat (as Adana kebab). About mince twisted wicks. Spits to bake bread browning. Serve immediately. * Minced meat can be made into balls and prepare so: latch tested wick around the skewer itself, is threaded ball, then with the dough ball jump and latch on again around the spit, and so on. Oh, how I do now, but I was just put few restrictions for two weeks - the Japanese diet! But it will end and will probably be the first temptation, which will afford! :)

I did try it. As always, incredibly tasty and original. Is super! Since I did not have time to make dough wrapped skewers with puff pastry. How many times can I say bravo! All on the table, even those who did not want to eat meat, because it was summer and warm their Ate 1-2 spit provoked by nature and delicious mince.

Well, finally try it and was great! I framed as minced meatballs with distance between them and curl dough between them, covered them with egg yolk and sprinkled with sesame seeds and they were of them long skewers served each portion. And upload photos. Friends try - you will not regret! Ham is very tasty is both easy and looks great. Thanks again for the great idea! :)

Hello Aliana! With the dough just imrovizirah because later I decided to do them. I used the most simple 1 cup lukewarm water, about 25 g. yeast 1tbs sugar and a little flour to rise yeast, then add about 1 cup milk, 1 tsp salt and 1 egg / even part of it separated from the yolk spreads, as always dilute it with a little water / flour and took less than a kilogram kneading. So really goes a little minced meat, but since the dough takes part of her juices in roasting very tasty and no inquiries. I think with any pizza dough, cake or bread is good. Next time probably thinner will do the dough, but first I think it was pretty good :).
