400 g filo pastry sheets
200 g feta cheese
125 g butter

Spread a crust, brush it with butter. Sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese. Fold like an envelope and again brush with butter. Bake in a hot Teflon pan without oil until golden.

Thanks for the recipe - quick, easy and delicious! Goes immediately to favorites! Dub sheets with melted butter. Samples with oil, olive oil, margarine or a mixture of different products. Most are nice when lubricated with oil as given in the recipe.

Great recipe! Happen quickly, and are very tasty. Several times they do, but with egg and cheese are more juicy. And yesterday and tried the following option - greased well with stuffing egg and cheese, grated cheese on top and at one end put on a thin piece of smoked ham. Were divine!
