Homemade mustard

Ingredients
150 g of mustard flour (ground mustard seed)
1 tbsp sugar
pinch of salt
1-2 bay leaves
1-2 cloves
on a knife cinnamon
1/2 cup vinegar + 1 tbsp
Method
Mix sugar, spices and 1 cup water. Put it on the stove to boil. Then strain. Allow to cool. Thereto was added vinegar. With half of this liquid mix mustard with mixer. Allow the mixture to mature for 2-3 days, stirring 4-5 hours. Then add the other half of the liquid and 1 tbsp vinegar and mix with a mixer.
