Ingredients
3 cups white flour
250-300 g boiled beef or lamb
200 g feta cheese
125 g butter
500 g potatoes
3 eggs
salt
yogurt
compote

Method
In a large saucepan with 1.5 liters of water and a little salt Boil peeled potatoes whole. Once cooked, but must not become mushy upon them put flour, without stirring left so for about 15 minutes. Then remove the pan from the heat and stir the mixture with a rolling pin (homogeneous mixture). In a large pan put the melted butter, sprinkle on it the entire tray of cut into medium-sized pieces of meat and crumbled feta cheese, mixed with eggs. Then a thin layer spread hominy. Several places is pricked with a fork to prevent burning of products and so the tray is placed above the oven for about 10-15 minutes, the fire should not be very strong. Hominy consumed hot, garnished with yogurt or compote .
