Ingredients
2 kg crab
2 coconut
the juice of 2 lemons
3 tbsp flour
2 cloves garlic
salt
pepper
Method
Clean the crabs and cook them 30 minutes with lemon juice. Then add half of the milk and flesh of coconut and garlic and cook for about 10 minutes. Stir the contents of the second coconut flour and stir in the crab. Bake for 15 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
