Ingredients
3-4 pig hearts or 1 beef
4-5 onions
2 leeks
250 g mushrooms
5-6 tbsp chopped mint
parsley
pepper
paprika
savory
salt
Method
Hearts Boil until soft and cut into chunks. Chop the leeks and fry until golden, add the mushrooms and bites heart and after 5 minutes, remove from the heat. Add spices, pour in clay casseroles or pots and bake.
