Cotton cake

Ingredients
1 cup warm milk
1 cup hot water
1 cup vegetable oil
5 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp salt
1 and 1/2 package dry yeast
2 yolks spreads
flour - about 1 kg

Method
Mix the milk, the water, the oil, sugar, salt. Then add the sifted flour, in which we put the yeast. Knead dough until ready. Leave to rise. After rising, knead the dough and divide into two balls. Each Roll thinly and cut the long triangles. Roll up each triangle. Obtained cute buns. In appropriate tray, put the baking paper and redim muffins in a way that we like, lying, face - the result is always beautiful. Leave to rise. Beat the egg yolks and mazhem brush buttered cake. Sprinkle with poppy or sesame. Bake at 150C degrees, eventually increasing. View after baking is very beautiful. * 1 cup = 240 ml

was delicious and beautiful cake, thanks for the recipe :) which was performed two times, the first time raztochih dough sheet measuring about 35h45 cm and cut as in the recipe (photos 7, 8), the second time I decided to try to standard cutting buns - raztochih a circle with a diameter of about 50 cm and divided it into 24 thin slices (photos 8, 9). The first way is definitely doing more interesting snails. I made a half dose and therefore I am not identified the dough in two, used pan diameter 22 cm. Flour used a little less than 3 h. H. For half dose, you need a little less than 6 wide. I must say that it feels fat in the dough, I generally prefer a more dry bread, but you ate it with appetite :)

Please, nothing :) fat I agree, I really feel the taste is delicious, but the whole of my most loving and kind. Interesting shape and very beautiful, I would repeat and other dough.

I loved this dough and shaping too. Will definitely use the recipe, and asks for buns with various stuffing, salty and sweet. I guess that whites would change many results, but if I put only yolk, 2-3 number, color, will fuck anything? And what about the lemon or orange peel to sweet stuffing? Thanks for the recipe!

We really liked the cake! How to shape is great! Made her so great slowed a little quantity of products (no, I would not eat it) ... :)
