Lamb with green onions in the oven

1 kg lamb
3 green onions
5 tbsp sunflower oil
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp salt

Cut the meat into portions and immersed in a mixture of the oil, salt, red and black pepper and 1 cup water. Portions arrange in a baking dish and top is dusted green onions. Make a cup of water, cover with foil and bake in preheated oven it ready (approximately 2-3 hours).

Classic prepared. And I so like him. I'll try as soon as possible to put green onions. But it bothers me that lamb is slow. Would not burn much onion and worsen the taste? I think that the oil is suitable as a fat lamb.

Home almost always lamb is prepared in this way. I put except green onions and mint.

And put mint and garlic. Becomes very tasty and flavorful, garlic masks that smell of lamb. If the meat is boned becomes even better.

Great recipe! Besides red and black pepper, added: 2 p. L. Flour, curry powder, universal vegetable repair and soy sauce. I poured the meat with 1: 1 light beer and water. :) Happy Holidays from me!
