Layered cake Morocco

Ingredients
800 ml milk
3 yolks
3 tbsp flour
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup In large pieces crushed walnuts
125 g butter
prepared cake bases (without cocoa)

Method
The milk is heated and it put the beaten yolks and flour. You can add a little hot water in the mix yolks and flour can be added to the warm milk, stirring. Get out of the heat. In another saucepan pour the sugar is caramelized and a light caramel. Pulls from heat. Pour a the walnuts and the chopped butter, stirring. Again put on the stove and pour, stirring the mixture with the milk. Boil, stirring no more than 5 minutes. With the finished hot cream is poured over the bases, such as lining up on one another. The cake is decorated optional.
