Little Snails from butertesto with cheese and sesame

Ingredients
500 g puff pastry
200 g cheese
2 tbsp dried basil
sesame seeds for sprinkling
Method
Puff pastry spread and sprinkle with grated cheese and basil. Wound on a roll and cut into thin snails. Arranged in a tray covered with baking paper and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake 20 minutes at 180C.
