Meatballs oatmeal

Ingredients
200 g of oatmeal
1 onion
1 cup ground walnuts
1 tsp cumin
2 eggs
1/3 cup sunflower oil

Method
Oatmeal soaked in warm water for half an hour. Drain well and mixed with grated onion, minced meat walnuts, cumin and beaten eggs. Using a tablespoon to scoop up the mixture and placed in a highly heated sunflower oil. Meatballs and fry on both sides until golden. Serve with salad season tomato sauce or yogurt.

again gives me an idea! I had written somewhere different recipes for oatmeal meatballs. Rules I only baked. I will use your recipe and bake.

Light and diet. I roll them in a mixture of raw egg and corn flour with a little water.

The second time I make them. Very good. Today replaced the walnuts and cumin paprika and savory.
