Meatballs of sausage

Ingredients
400 g hunting sausage
6 slices of dry bread
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
2 tbsp (20 g) semolina
250 g spinach
2 onions
salt
pepper
2 eggs
parsley
80 g salo
Method
Bread is soak in water and squeeze well. Hunter sausage cut into small cubes, spinach is chopped and grated celery. One onion and parsley also cut in small pieces. All products with eggs, flour and semolina mixed and seasoned with salt and pepper. The mixture is formed as large as eggs and meatballs are put in lightly salted boiling water. Remove as soon emerge. Melts is salo, the second onion cut finely, fry to golden yellow, add a little water, which mumbo meatballs. Add chopped parsley and mix everything in the pan. Finished dish, pour eggs. After grilling eggs served with a green salad.
