Pork with cheese and cream cheese

Ingredients
700 g pork leg
200 g tomatoes
100 g onion
200 g cheese
120 g cream cheese
3 eggs
50 g flour
100 g butter
80 ml sunflower oil
10 g savory
Method
The meat is cut into julienne. Onions is cleaned and cut into very small pieces. Strips of meat rolled in flour and fry in heated sunflower oil with onions and ground savory. Cut the tomatoes into slices of about 1 cm thick. Rolled in flour, PANIC in beaten eggs and fry in part of the butter. In a greased baking dish with butter arrange fried tomato slices. Put them on a layer of the feta cheese. Top arrange fried meat strips and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in moderate oven.
