Pork rolls with spicy stuffing

Ingredients
1 kg pork
# For the marinade:
the juice and rind of 1 lemon
2-3 tbsp olive oil
salt, pepper, parsley, basil, coriander, dried dill
# For stuffing:
2 large onions (200 g)
5-6 cloves garlic
1 large carrot
200 g cheese
50 g processed cheese
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 bunch parsley
Method
Meat cut into thin steaks, which slightly crushed and shattered stay with marinade for 1 hour. For the filling, fry the onion, garlic, grated carrot, soy sauce, mustard and finally melting cheese and processed cheese, add chopped parsley. On each steak put the filling and roll turns. Each roll is screwed with foil and arrange in a baking dish. Bake 30 minutes at 200 C, then 25-30 minutes at 160 C. Serve without fthe oil garnish of your choice.
