Pork with vegetable stew

Ingredients
500 g pork
2 carrots
2 bell peppers (green and red)
1 zucchini
2 tomatoes
3-4 potatoes
1 onion
2-3 cloves garlic
parsley mint
1 tsp salt, pepper and red pepper
sunflower oil
1 cup red wine
1 tsp tomato paste

Method
Cut the meat into bite sized pieces, fry it in hot oil until browned and remove from fire. Cut the onion and fry one in the same oil with 1 tsp paprika. Cut the remaining vegetables in one and add them to the onions. Add the meat and spices, mix well. Where products are pozaparzhat, add the wine and tomato paste mixed into 1/2 cup water. When the dish boil remove from heat, transfer all products in clay casseroles and put it in a cold oven. Bake at 180C degrees for 2 hours.
