Ingredients
          1 liter of milk
          100 g biscuits
          150 g biscuits AMAREA (bought or homemade:  AMAREA 
          ) 50 g cocoa
          200 g sugar
          1/3 cup espresso
          1 tbsp instant coffee
          5 eggs
          3 tbsp rum
              Method
              Caramelized 50 g of sugar and it is flushed oblong cake pan. The milk is boiled and cooled slightly. Eggs are broken with 150 g of sugar. Biscuits and AMAREA be crushed and mixed with milk. Add the coffee and rum. Into the egg mixture, Cocoa. The two mixtures were combined. Pour into mold. Bake in a water bath of 45-50 minutes at 180 C. Allow to cool in the water. Then turns around and sprinkle with chopped almonds optional.

This is a traditional dessert from the region of Piedmont. If you do not have cookies AMAREA * * may be used with ordinary macaroons add 2-3 drops of almond essence.
AMAREA are macaroons with the scent of bitter almonds, goes to favorites.
