2-3 potatoes
pepper 1

1 onion
2-3 cloves garlic
1 chili pepper
black pepper

1 egg

Method
Insert the chicken in a pot of water to boil and boil once removed foam. Add chopped carrot, bell pepper, onion, hot pepper, garlic, black pepper and boil until half-ready meat. The meat is removed and broken into pieces and return to soup with sliced ​​potatoes. When almost ready add vermicelli, vegetable broth and salt. Allow to boil about 2-3 minutes, and then remove from heat. Allow to cool for a while, and during that time stir the egg with the milk. Thicken and served sprinkled with chopped parsley.
