Moussaka zucchini, rice and minced meat

3-4 zucchini
500 g minced meat
1 cup Rice
2 tomatoes
1 onion
400 g yogurt
1 egg
savory, cumin, salt

Chopped onion stew with a little sunflower oil and water. Add the minced meat and rice and stew until the rice is almost ready. Salt is added and other spices. Courgettes cut into circles. In lightly greased with sunflower oil pan is tightly arranged slices zucchini. Top arrange tomatoes, sliced, minced meat spreads out, again arranged tomatoes and ends with another line zucchini. Watered with yoghourt with egg and bake.
