Ingredients
500 g baby potatoes
1 small red onion
16 pitted black olives
1 bunch magdnoz
# TOPPING:
zest of 1/2 lemon
juice of 1 / 2 lemon
4 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp ground cumin
pinch of cayenne pepper
salt
Method
Potatoes are cleaned and washed. Boil in salted water until ready. Drained and dried in a hot pan empty briefly. Potatoes are cut in large pieces and transfer to a bowl. TOPPING mix all products. Warm potatoes are covered with the prepared sauce. Onions is cleaned and cut into crescents. Parsley is finely ground and olives cut in halves. Onion, parsley and olives are added to the potatoes.
