Snails with garlic and butter

Ingredients
20 snails
butter
broth of onion
carrots
parsley
thyme
bay leaf
garlic
salt
# For the butter:
60 g butter
1/4 clove garlic
parsley
1/2 onion
salt
Method
Washed snails are placed in boiling salted water and cook for about 20 minutes. Remove and using a long needle is withdrawn flesh from the shell. Remove the hard white part. Thus cleaned fleshy parts are placed in broth and boiled again for 15 minutes. Separately boil snail shells, dry, in each of them put a little piece of butter, the flesh of the snail and podlucheno butter. Filled snails are arranged in a baking pan, add a little water and put in a little hot oven to melt the butter. Snails served in the pan in which they are baked. Eat with long narrow cottage (as well as crabs). Making podluchenoto butter: In broken foam butter add the crushed garlic, parsley, onion and a pinch of salt.

When I first tried snails were made on this recipe. Maybe it was crucial that they loved. The recipe is very, very tasty, worth labor will not be sorry!
