Sour stone fruit

Ingredients
1 kg of fruit - cherries, apricots, peaches, plums
350 g sugar
120 g starch
1 liter of water
citric acid to taste
Method
Wash healthy, ripe fruit, Clean them from the stems and pits and cut them. To squeeze more easily and more juice from the fruit, sprinkle them with 1/3 of the sugar, crushed them and draining the juice. Pour it into a glass or enameled pot and keep it refrigerated until use. Remnants of the fruit pour water, boil them until tender and rub them through a thick strainer. With a small amount of the resulting potion after you cool merge starch. The rest of the fruit infusions with remaining sugar put the fire to boil. Add fuzzy starch and stir until broth boil again.
